At present, the gas consumption of a considerable part of the manufacturers is not up to the standard, but up to the standard. Since ordinary users do not have flow meters to test the flow rate, they must pay attention when choosing an air compressor. 3. There are traps in the transmission mode: some belt manufacturers play tricks on the belt air compressor mainframe, using large motors to drive small mainframes (so-called small horse-drawn carts, for example, 22 kW mainframes use 18.5 or even 15 kW mainframes to complete production at super high speeds. In fact, some well-known imported brands also have this problem.

4. Trap on the host: the quality of the host is relatively poor. With the current technology, many pure domestic mainframes still have many shortcomings in terms of quality, materials, shape, and energy saving, resulting in insufficient gas production.

5. The influence of the working environment of the factory: The noise of the air compressor has a great influence on the body and mind of the operators and the environment of the workshop and the factory. Imagine that always high decibels in the workshop will cause irritability in people's hearts, which will definitely affect production efficiency and quality. Others do not meet environmental protection standards, try to choose high-quality host and high-quality cooling exhaust fan. Now high-end exhaust fans are centrifugal. This fan has lower current, better leveling performance, faster heat dissipation, and 3-5 decibels lower noise than ordinary air compressors.
