The correct operation method of air compressor

1. Before the operation of the air compressor, the following issues should be paid attention to:

1. Keep the lubricating oil in the oil pool within the scale range. Before operating the air compressor, check that the amount of oil in the oil injector should not be lower than the scale line value.

2. Check whether the moving parts are sensitive, whether the connecting parts are normal, whether the lubrication system is normal, whether the motor and electronic control equipment are safe and reliable.

3. Before operating the air compressor, check whether the protective equipment and safety accessories are intact and complete.

4. Check whether the exhaust pipe can be dredged.

5. Connect the water source, open the water inlet valve, and dredge the cooling water.

2. The operation of the air compressor should pay attention to the steering of the car before the first start after a long period of shutdown, and pay attention to whether the appearance is bumpy, jammed or abnormal noise.

3. The machine must be started under no-load conditions. After the no-load condition is normal, the air compressor will gradually enter the load operation.

4. When the air compressor is running, after normal operation, you should always pay attention to the various appearance readings and adjust them at any time.

5. When the air compressor is running, the following conditions should also be checked:

1. The motor temperature can be normal, and the meter reading can be within the specified range.

2. Whether the work movement of each part can be normal.

3. Whether the suction valve cover will heat up and whether the valve movement is normal.

4. Whether the air compressor safety protection equipment is reliable.

6. After the air compressor has been running for 2 hours, the oil and water in the oil-water separator, central cooler, and aftercooler should be discharged once, and the oil and water in the air storage cylinder should be discharged once every shift.

7. If the following conditions are found during the operation of the air compressor, stop immediately, find out the cause, and clean it up.

1. The lubricating oil or cooling water finally broke down.

2. The water temperature suddenly rises or falls.

3. The exhaust pressure suddenly rises and the safety valve fails.

4. The load suddenly exceeds the normal value.

5. Abnormal mechanical noise.

6. The motor or electrical equipment is abnormal.
