①The area where the device is located belongs to the hydrogen-containing area, and the explosion-proof level of the electrical equipment and instruments used should be compatible with this.

②The shaft end seal of the circulating hydrogen compressor is the key to safe operation, and it is also a place prone to mechanical failure. The end face seal should be selected according to its working conditions. For hydrogen compressors with an inlet pressure greater than 12.0 MPa, the oil film seal should be selected first. The dry gas seal can be used under the inlet pressure of 12.0MPa according to the actual situation; when the inlet pressure is lower than 8.0 MPa, mechanical seal can be considered..

③Select the auxiliary system of the hydrogen compressor correctly, such as packing filter, inter-stage gas-liquid separator, inter-stage cooler, inlet and outlet buffer tank, smooth cooling system, etc. , To ensure normal production and safe operation.

④In the planning stage of the reciprocating hydrogen compressor, it is necessary to simulate and analyze the pipeline sense of the pipeline system to select the appropriate buffer tank, orifice plate, pipeline length, and important components in the system, such as coolers and separators.

⑤The main oil pump of the lubricating oil system must be equipped with a pump, and the prime mover is powered by FAW. During normal operation, the steam pump and the electric pump are set aside.

⑥ The liquid level of the high-level oil tank controls the pressure of the sealing oil. The height of the device should be adjusted by the manufacturer and cannot be changed at will during the planning and maintenance of the device. The smooth and low oil pressure shutdown interlock should be set in the way of choosing two from three.

⑦The low liquid level alarm and low liquid level shutdown of the high tank, oil and gas separator, and degassing tank should be equipped with a liquid level switch.

⑧Set up anti-surge control, through automatic control to return part of the gas from the outlet to the inlet to ensure that the inlet flow rate is greater than the surge value.
