Analysis of the Leakage Causes of Nitrogen Compressor

Nitrogen compressors have the advantages of large working pressure range, wide flow range, easy control, and safe operation.

Equipment that occupies an important position in the machinery, lithium battery, steel, chemical and other industries is an important part of industrial production. The leakage problem of nitrogen compressor is a relatively common equipment problem. Under normal circumstances, the reasons for leakage can be attributed to the following points:

(1) Leakage caused by medium corrosion;

(2) Welding hole or medium corrosion to the weld causing leakage in the welding area;

(3) Failure of seals leading to leakage;

(4) Manufacturing defects of the equipment itself, such as sand holes, cracks, etc.;

(5) Severe vibrations are generated during the operation of the equipment, resulting in partial cracks in the equipment or seal failure and leakage;

(6) Leakage caused by equipment damage due to overload operation;

(7) Leakage caused by improper material selection;

(8) Leakage caused by inadequate maintenance;
