1. Oil circulation system.

2. Air circulation system.

When the air compressor is working, air is sucked in through the self-cleaning air filter, and the filter is actively cleaned by the PLC. After being actively adjusted by the inlet guide vanes, the air enters the primary compression. After the first compression, the air temperature is higher, and then it enters the central cooler for cooling (the water goes inside the pipe, the air goes outside the pipe, the water flow rate of the intercooler is 110m/h), and then it enters the secondary compression system. In order to prevent the gas in the system from rushing into the compression chamber (to avoid starting under pressure), a suspended fully open check valve is installed in the exhaust pipe of the compressor. The gas discharged from the compressor pushes the check valve to open and enters the exhaust The muffler then enters the primary aftercooler, the secondary aftercooler, and then enters the main exhaust pipe.

3. Water circulation system.

The cooling water enters the central cooler of the air compressor through the pipeline, cools the gas discharged from the first stage compression, and then enters the aftercooler to cool the exhaust gas. The other cooling water inlet pipe cools the motor windings through the two sets of heat exchangers on the upper part of the main motor, and the other cools the oil cooler.

4. Distribution system.

The 2000kW high-voltage motor (10kV) of the air compressor is started at full voltage. The control cabinet is an indoor communication and metal armored drawer type switch cabinet. It is composed of a fixed cabinet and a drawer type component that is a handcart. It achieves the purpose of control, maintenance, and monitoring. Five preventions" function.

5. Screen maintenance system.

The central signal equipment of air compressor is divided into two types: accident signal and alarm signal. The main task of the incident signal is to announce the audio signal in time when the circuit breaker trips, and to make the corresponding circuit breaker light position signal brighter. The main task of the alarm signal is to announce the audio signal immediately or with a delay when an abnormal phenomenon occurs in the operating equipment, and make the light board display the content of the abnormal phenomenon.
