Hydrogen compressor equipment structure and application preparation
Hydrogen compressors are oil-free reciprocating compressors, which are positive displacement compressors that rely on the reciprocating motion of the piston in the cylinder to compress and transport the gas. The piston is driven by the crankshaft connecting rod device to reciprocate in the cylinder, thereby achieving the compression and transportation of the gas.
It is mainly composed of crankcase, crankshaft, connecting rod, crosshead, piston, cylinder, gear pump, suction valve, exhaust valve, etc.
The crankcase is made of cast iron and has no side windows for inspection and maintenance.
The crankshaft and connecting rod are forged steel, the crankshaft bearings are rolling bearings, and the crankshaft seals are mechanical seals. The gear pump driven by the crankshaft adopts a forced lubrication circuit to ensure the lubrication of the crankcase.
The cylinder is made of ductile iron.
The gas valve is a stainless steel valve and is a flat plate type.
In order to ensure the long-term safe operation of the compressor, when the compressor is in a dangerous condition, it can automatically issue an alarm, and if it cannot return to normal conditions, it will automatically shut down.
Preparation work before starting the compressor:
1. Clean the factory and site, keep the environment clean, and eliminate any factors that may affect the work of operators.
2. Comprehensively check the compressor gas pipeline and all valves on the pipeline to make sure they are sensitive and easy to use, and make sure the compressor inlet and outlet valves, outlet vent valve, flare vent valve, high point vent valve, etc. are closed, and make sure the root valve of the safety valve is open.
3. Comprehensively check the compressor circulating cooling water system and all valves on the pipeline to make sure they are sensitive and functional, and open the oil cooler, coarse filter and fine filter inlet and outlet oil valves in sequence, and close other oil circuit valves. Confirm that the oil tank level and the motor bearing seat oil level are above 2\/3, the sample analysis products are qualified, and open the root valves of all pressure gauges on the lubricating oil pipeline.
