Introduction and precautions of liquefied gas compressor

Liquefied gas compressors are mainly used for the transportation and pressurization of liquefied petroleum gas or gases with similar properties. Therefore, this type of compressor is a key equipment for liquefied gas stations, LPG vehicle filling stations, and mixed gas stations. It is also an ideal equipment for chemical companies to pressurize and recover gases.

Matters needing attention for liquefied gas compressors:

1. If liquid enters the separator of the liquefied gas compressor, it must be stopped immediately;

2. When the liquefied gas compressor is started and running, if the oil pump is found to have no pressure, it should be stopped immediately;

3. If you hear abnormal sounds from the cylinder and moving parts, stop the car and check immediately;

4. If the indication of each instrument exceeds the specified range, the vehicle should be stopped immediately;

5. If you smell a burning odor from the machine, you should stop the machine and check;

6. Check the temperature and vibration of the motor and compressor. If there is any abnormality, stop the car;

7. When the safety valve of the liquefied gas compressor fails, the compressor should be stopped for inspection and maintenance;
