The structure of air compressor
1. Oil circulation system
Before starting, first start the oil pump control system. After the oil pump control system is started, it ensures that all lubricating parts of the air compressor are well lubricated. At the same time, the oil pump control system can adjust the internal oil pressure and oil temperature through the built-in temperature control valve to meet the system needs.
2. Gas circulation system
Air compressor (20 photos) When the compressor is working, air is sucked in through the self-cleaning air filter, and the filter is automatically cleaned by PLC. The air enters the first-stage compression after automatic adjustment by the inlet guide vane. The gas temperature after the first-stage compression is relatively high, and then enters the intercooler for cooling (water goes inside the pipe, gas goes outside the pipe, and the water flow rate of the intercooler is required to be 110m\/h) and then enters the second-stage compression system. In order to prevent the gas in the system from pouring into the compression chamber (avoid starting with pressure), a suspended full-open check valve is installed in the exhaust pipe of the compressor. The gas discharged from the compressor pushes the check valve to enter the exhaust muffler, then enters the first-stage aftercooler, the second-stage aftercooler, and then enters the exhaust main pipe.
3. Water circulation system
The cooling water enters the air compressor intercooler through the pipeline to cool the gas discharged from the first stage of compression, and then enters the aftercooler to cool the exhaust gas. Another cooling water inlet pipeline passes through the two sets of heat exchangers on the top of the main motor to cool the motor winding, and another one cools the oil cooler.
4. Power distribution system
The air compressor is a 2000kW high-voltage motor (10kV) that uses full-voltage starting. The control cabinet is an indoor AC, metal-clad withdrawable switchgear. The switchgear consists of two major parts: a fixed cabinet and a withdrawable component, namely a trolley, to achieve the purpose of control, protection, and monitoring, and has "five protection" functions.
5. Screen protection system
The central signal device is divided into two types: accident signal and warning signal. The main task of the accident signal is to send out an audible signal in time when the circuit breaker trips due to an accident, and to make the corresponding circuit breaker light position signal flash. The main task of the warning signal is to send out an audible signal instantly or with a delay when an abnormal phenomenon occurs in the running equipment, and to make the light-emitting sign display the content of the abnormal phenomenon.
6. DC power supply system
PZ32 series fully automatic maintenance-free lead-acid battery DC power supply equipment, composed of charging device panel, DC feeder panel and battery, has automatic current stabilization, automatic voltage stabilization, automatic voltage regulation and other functions, providing power for central signal panel and high-voltage control system.
7.DTC control system
The DTC control panel is the "brain" of the air compressor. The values of various field sensors are summarized on the DTC control panel, which displays various operating parameters and monitors the operating status of various parts of the air compressor. When certain parameters exceed the allowable range, the DTC will issue a corresponding alarm or automatically shut down the air compressor.
