How to install an air compressor without oil leakage?
1. Proper installation of gaskets: The gaskets between air compressor parts have anti-crack sealing functions. If the materials, manufacturing quality and installation do not meet the technical standards, oil leakage will occur.
2. Tighten the nut properly: Too loose will cause the pressure to be too loose and leak, too tight will cause the metal material around the thread hole to bulge, or tighten the screw to cause oil leakage.
3. Replace common faulty seals immediately: Due to improper installation and use, the seals in many positions on the air compressor will throw oil due to the difference between the motor shaft and the edge of the seal. Some seals lose their elasticity due to plastic aging after long-term use.
4. Replace damaged parts immediately: Air compressor parts are damaged beyond the limit after use, causing high-pressure gas in the engine combustion chamber to enter the crankcase ventilation, causing the engine oil to leak.
5. Avoid blockage of throttle valve and ventilation valve: If the throttle valve and ventilation valve are blocked, the temperature inside the aluminum panel will rise, gas will fill the entire space, increase the pressure inside the aluminum panel, increase the movement resistance of the piston rod, and increase fuel consumption. At the same time, due to the effect of the standard pressure difference inside and outside the aluminum panel, it is often weak and oil leaks.
6. Ensure the sealing of various high-pressure hoses: Since the connecting nuts used in construction machinery are often disassembled and assembled, they are easy to loosen due to the breakage of the slide buckle. If the bell mouth precision of the two connectors is poor, the axes of the two spheres do not coincide or the surface finish is different, oil leakage will occur. The sealing of the sphere can be repaired by grinding to make the nut clamp reliably.
