What will happen if the 2-methyl ether compressor is not maintained on time?

Edit:Bengbu Zhengda Compressor Co., Ltd.UpDate:2022-03-07

2. Methyl ether compressors need regular maintenance, but many people ignore maintenance, which leads to frequent machine failures and a service life far below expectations. What are the hazards of not maintaining them?

First, the oil pipe separation should be cleaned regularly, otherwise it will cause blockage, or some air will enter and increase oil consumption. Secondly, the engine oil should be added regularly, otherwise the bearing will wear until the main motor burns out. In addition, the air filter element needs to be blown and replaced from time to time. Otherwise, it will cause: the air filter element is blocked, the intake volume is reduced, and the exhaust volume is also reduced. Irregular replacement will cause the negative pressure to increase and penetrate, pollutants to enter the machine, block the oil filter, the oil separation core, the cooling lubricating oil deteriorates, and the main engine wears. In addition, the oil filter of the 2 methyl ether compressor is replaced irregularly: as the front and rear pressure difference increases, the oil flow decreases, and the exhaust temperature of the main engine of the screw 2 methyl ether compressor rises and stops. If the front and rear pressure difference is too large to break through, pollutants will enter the machine, block the oil separation core, and the main engine will wear. Once coking, it will cause the main engine to get stuck.

The cost of maintenance is not high, but some people often do not pay attention to it and are unwilling to pay this part of the cost, resulting in greater losses.
