Maintenance of natural gas compressor

1. Before operating the natural gas compressor, pay attention to the following issues:

1. Keep the smooth oil in the oil pool within the scale range. Before operating the natural gas compressor, check that the oil in the oil injector should not be lower than the scale line value.

2. Check whether the moving parts are sensitive, whether the connecting parts are tight, whether the system is unblocked and normal, whether the motor and electronic control equipment are safe and reliable.

3. Before operating the natural gas compressor, check whether the maintenance device and safety accessories are intact.

4. Check whether the exhaust pipe is unblocked.

5. Connect the water source and open the water inlet valve to activate the cooling water.

Second, clean the cooler:

The natural gas compressor has been running for a long time. In order to remove the dust on the heat dissipation surface, open the cover of the cooler blowing hole on the fan bracket, and blow the cooler with a dust blowing air gun until the dust on the heat dissipation surface is cleaned. The cooling surface of Shangruo has serious dirt and is difficult to blow clean. The cooler can be disassembled, the oil in the cooler can be poured out, and the four inlets and outlets can be closed to prevent dust from entering. Then, you can use compressed air to blow off the dust on both sides, and maybe you can wash and dry the water stains on the outside with water.

Three, discharge condensate:

Moisture in the air may condense in the oil and gas separator tank, especially in humid climates. When the exhaust gas temperature is lower than the barometric dew point or cooling stops, more condensate will be deposited. Excessive moisture in the oil will cause the oil to emulsify and affect the safe operation of the machine. For example, the main engine of the compressor has poor slippage; the separation of oil and gas becomes worse, and the pressure difference of the oil and gas separator increases. Cause parts to corrode. Therefore, the condensate drainage plan should be formulated based on humidity.

Condensate discharge method: It should be done after the machine is stopped, the oil and gas separator is pressure-free, completely cooled, and the condensate is completely deposited, such as before starting in the morning.

Four, safety valve:

Before the whole machine leaves the factory, the safety valve has been adjusted. Without permission, users are not encouraged to adjust the safety valve. If adjustment is really necessary, it should be carried out under the guidance of the local labor safety department or company repair personnel.

5. When the natural gas compressor is running, the following conditions should also be checked:

1. Whether the temperature of the motor is normal and whether the readings of the ammeters are within the specified range.

2. Whether the running sound of each part is normal.

3. Whether the suction valve cover is hot and whether the valve sound is normal.

4. The natural gas compressor safety maintenance equipment is reliable.
