Introduction to the types of nitrogen compressors
Classification based on the output flow (displacement) of the air compressor. 1) Micro and small air compressors: 1 LOM\/MINO 2) Medium air compressors: 10-100 m}\/minx 3) Large air compressors:} 100 m3\/min (4) According to the cooling method, it can be divided into water-cooled air compressors and air-cooled air compressors. The water-cooled type is cooled by cooling water, and the air-cooled type is cooled by fans. T1) According to the different engines, it can be divided into motor-driven and diesel-driven air compressors. The large electric type is equipped with a distribution cabinet, and the diesel-driven type is started by a battery. Both compressors are directly connected and side-linked (i.e. belt drive). T6) According to the lubrication method, it can be divided into oil-free air compressors and oil-lubricated air compressors. The latter can be divided into splash type and forced type (i.e. oil pump and injector oil supply lubrication type). T7) According to the basic structure of the air compressor, it can be divided into fixed type (basic type, non-basic type) and mobile air compressors.
According to its working principle, it can be divided into positive displacement air compressor and speed air compressor.
The working principle of nitrogen compressor is to compress the gas volume in the air compressor, increase the speed of air molecules in unit volume, thereby increasing the kinetic energy of the gas. Gas molecules are converted into pressure energy to increase the compressed air pressure. Commonly used reciprocating (piston type, diaphragm type) and rotary (sliding type, spiral type).
High-speed nitrogen compressors such as centrifugal compressors, axial flow, mixed flow, etc., achieve the above conversion by changing the kinetic energy and air pressure through the conversion of rotating turbine energy. The change of kinetic energy and pressure can be achieved by reducing the air flow speed through a fixed diffuser.
