Precautions for pairing air compressors with dryers

The refrigerated dryer matched with the air compressor should not be placed in the sun, rain, wind or in a place with relative humidity greater than 85%. Do not place it in a dusty environment, corrosive or flammable gas environment. Do not place it in a place with vibration or where there is a risk of condensed water freezing. Do not place it too close to the wall to avoid poor ventilation. If it is necessary to use it in an environment with corrosive gas, a refrigerated dryer with rust-proof copper tubes or a refrigerated dryer with a stainless steel heat exchanger should be selected. It should be used at an ambient temperature below 40 degrees Celsius.

When configuring a freeze-drying system with an air compressor, please note:

Do not connect the compressed air produced by the air compressor to the inlet of the refrigerated drying machine incorrectly. To facilitate maintenance, ensure maintenance space and set up a bypass pipeline. Avoid transmitting the vibration of the air compressor to the refrigerated drying machine. Do not add the weight of the piping directly to the refrigerated drying machine.

The freeze-drying drain pipe that matches the air compressor should not stand upright, bend or flatten.

The voltage of the refrigerated drying power supply matched with the air compressor is allowed to fluctuate less than ±10%. A leakage circuit breaker with appropriate capacity should be installed. It must be grounded before use.

If the compressed air inlet temperature of the refrigerated dryer matched with the air compressor is too high, the ambient temperature is too high (above 40 degrees Celsius), the flow rate exceeds the rated air volume, the voltage fluctuation exceeds ±10%, the ventilation is too poor (ventilation is also required in winter, otherwise the room temperature will rise), etc., the protection circuit will take effect, the indicator light will go out, and the operation will be stopped.

When the air pressure is higher than 0.15MPa, the drain outlet of the normally open automatic drain can be closed.

If the compressed air produced by the air compressor is of poor quality, such as mixed with dust and oil, these impurities will adhere to the heat exchanger, reducing its working efficiency and making drainage ineffective. It is recommended to install a filter at the inlet of the refrigerated dryer and ensure that drainage is not less than once a day.

Refrigerated dryer vents should be vacuumed once a month.

Connect the power supply, wait for the running state to stabilize, and then connect the compressed air. After stopping the operation, you must wait for more than 3 minutes before restarting.
