Working principle of biogas compressor
Working principle of biogas compressor
When the crankshaft rotates, the piston reciprocates through the transmission of the connecting rod, and the working volume formed by the inner wall of the cylinder, the cylinder head and the top surface of the piston will change periodically. When the piston starts to move from the cylinder head, the working volume in the cylinder gradually increases. At this time, the gas will enter the cylinder along the intake pipe, push the intake valve open, and stop until the working volume reaches, and the intake valve is closed; when the piston moves in the opposite direction, the working volume in the cylinder decreases, and the gas pressure increases. When the pressure in the cylinder reaches and is slightly higher than the exhaust pressure, the exhaust valve opens, and the gas is discharged from the cylinder until the piston stops at the limit position and the exhaust valve is closed. When the piston moves in the opposite direction again, the above process repeats. In short, the crankshaft rotates one circle, the piston reciprocates once, and the process of intake, compression, and exhaust is successively realized in the cylinder, that is, a working cycle is completed.
Composition of biogas compressor
The biogas compressor is composed of a body, a cylinder, a piston assembly, a crankshaft bearing, a connecting rod, a crosshead, a packing, an air valve, etc., as shown in the following figure:
1. Biogas compressor
The biogas compressor body is the basic component for compressor positioning, generally composed of three parts: the body, the middle body and the crankcase (base). The internal installation of the body is for various moving parts, and the transmission parts are positioned and guided. The crankcase is connected to the cylinder, the motor and other devices. When working, the piston compressor body must accept the force of the piston and the gas and the inertia force of the moving parts, and transmit its own weight and the total and partial weight of the compressor to the foundation.
The structure of the biogas compressor body is divided into vertical, horizontal, vertical and opposed types according to the different compressor types.
2. Biogas compressor cylinder
The biogas compressor cylinder is an important part of the compressor that compresses gas. Because the gas pressure is high, the heat exchange direction is variable, and the structure is complex, the technical requirements are also high.
3. Biogas compressor piston assembly
The biogas compressor piston assembly consists of a piston, a piston ring, a piston rod (or a piston pin), etc. The piston and the cylinder form a compressed volume, and the compression cycle of the gas in the piston compressor is completed through the reciprocating motion of the piston assembly.
