If economic conditions permit, it is better to choose a frequency converter. The less moisture content in the compressed air, the smaller the heat load of the rear cooling equipment, and the lower the energy consumption of the system operation. In addition, the lower the outlet temperature, the easier it is to separate the moisture in the compressed air. Compared with some air compressors, the exhaust temperature cannot be too low before the oil and gas separation, otherwise the oil and water will mix, which will directly affect the service life of the air compressor oil and even cause equipment failure.
Energy-saving precautions for compressed air system pipeline installation design. The pipeline connection adopts flange connection, which is easier to disassemble and install, reduces pollution, and reduces the energy consumption of system operation. The pipeline installation should have a certain inclination, and the drain pipe and automatic drain valve device should be installed at a low position to drain the moisture in the pipeline in time, reduce the water content of compressed air, and have a certain energy-saving effect. The pipeline from the air compressor to the drying equipment should be designed to be larger. If the air compressor outlet air collection main pipeline is equipped with air-water separation equipment, the outlet air moisture can be separated and discharged in time, which is conducive to the energy-saving operation of the system. The main pipeline between each air separation equipment includes the gas storage tank, which is designed as a double pipeline system that can be switched. In the branch pipe of the main pipeline, it should be noted that the branch pipe should be connected from the opening directly above the main pipeline.
