Nitrogen compressor maintenance
1. Each time you overhaul the machine, after stopping the gas and water, hang warning signs on the relevant gas valves and water valves, make written records, and do not operate them to prevent accidental operation from causing gas from other machines to flow back or water from the water supply to enter the crankcase. Safety overhaul must be carried out. After the overhaul is completed, the sign-hanging personnel will remove the warning signs and notify the operating personnel that the overhaul is over and the machine can be tested.
2. The oil scraper ring of the oxygen compressor must be properly handled. The piston rod must not be oily during operation. The oil scraper ring needs to be ground or replaced, and the piston rod needs to be replaced if necessary. If the stuffing box leaks a lot, replace the seal ring in time. When assembling, remember that the 3-petal seal is close to the cylinder side, otherwise, the 36-petal seal ring will be installed upside down and the machine will leak when it is turned on.
3. Keep good statistics on the equipment's startup hours, establish a maintenance file for each machine, and make it easy to find problems and list maintenance and repair plans. According to the quality of spare parts, routinely check the cylinder every 2,000-4,000 hours to check whether the guide ring gap is enlarged, worn, and whether the piston ring thickness is qualified; check the tightness of the valve and the bolts in the crankcase every 4,000 hours.
4. Test the lubricating oil and clean the oil circuit every six months. Draw the core of the oil cooler every year to remove the dirt on the oil side of the shell.
5. Strengthen inspection and management. If the pressure between the upper level of the instrument and control cabinet is abnormal, stop the machine for inspection. During the inspection, pay attention to whether the suction valve is overheated to determine whether there is internal leakage. Check whether there are bubbles in the cooler return water mirror to determine whether there is leakage. Check whether the crankcase oil level rises or falls abnormally to determine oil cooler leakage: water enters the oil side, the lubricating oil emulsifies, and the lubricating oil at the crankcase oil level mirror changes color significantly; oil enters the water side, the crankcase oil level drops, and the lubricating oil enters the circulating water tank with the circulating water.
6. After running for 16000-24000h, the machine should be overhauled, fully inspected, disassembled and cleaned, worn parts repaired and replaced, and realigned and leveled according to the original recorded data and technical standards. The pressure vessel and safety valve should be inspected as required.
7. When the oxygen compressor is inspected and assembled, all parts in contact with oxygen must be thoroughly degreased and cleaned, and oil-free operation is prohibited. During the process of starting pressure increase and stopping pressure reduction, the vent valve and the air supply valve must be opened or closed slowly, and must not be opened or closed quickly in an instant, otherwise it will cause an excessive increase in the instantaneous local oxygen flow rate, which is prone to safety accidents.
8. Make a startup and shutdown reminder sign. List the startup and shutdown steps on it, check them one by one each time you start the machine, and proceed to the next step after verification to avoid equipment failure caused by improper operation.
