Membrane nitrogen production
In order to meet the requirements of underground nitrogen filling, underbalanced drilling technology, pipeline nitrogen replacement, etc., our company has developed a screw low-pressure air compressor plus a membrane nitrogen production system plus a high-pressure nitrogen booster compression system. It can provide users with high-pressure nitrogen with a flow rate of 600-2000Nm3\/h and a pressure of 15-40MPa.
The nitrogen production system is designed to be skid-mounted and installed on two skids. The system is divided into three modules: screw low-pressure air compressor module, membrane nitrogen production system module, and high-pressure nitrogen booster compressor module. The screw low-pressure air compressor module and membrane nitrogen production system module are installed on one skid, and the high-pressure nitrogen booster compressor system is on another skid. The system is air-cooled and diesel-driven. The skid is equipped with a metal cover, which can be easily installed on the chassis of the car and is suitable for field operations.
