The compound air compression station system includes: screw compressor, piston supercharger, blast dryer, refrigeration dryer, pipeline filter, air supply pipeline and valve, monitoring system, etc. The control system adopts the local cabinet control mode, and the level of self-control is high. The air compression station system has functions of online status monitoring, early warning, and emergency response.

The air compressor station has 120 hours (5 days) continuous non-stop pressurization capacity, gas filtration, drying, purification and other functions, with intelligent remote monitoring and automatic protection functions.

The screw compressor and supercharger in this air compressor station are the core components of the project, and products with high quality and high reliability at home and abroad are preferred.

Environmental adaptability requirements: ambient temperature -20℃~+45℃, relative humidity ≯90%RH(25℃), altitude ≯300m. Outlet gas quality requirements: gas pressure dew point -40℃; oil content ≤0.01mg/m3, particle grade ≤0.01μm.

Cooling method: closed water cooling, water cooling, air cooling, etc.

Pipeline nitrogen filling: purging of containers and pipes for handling flammable liquids and gases; replacement and emergency repairs of pipes and containers; use of the inert nature of nitrogen for "gas sealing" to prevent harmful leakage of hazardous materials into the air
