Biogas compressor is a compressor specially designed for biogas. It can improve the lack of biogas pressure, make the biogas burn more abundantly, and have greater firepower. Due to the negative pressure of the pump, the biogas digester can produce more fully, and it is generally used for various types of biogas digesters and remotely transported biogas.

The difference with other compressors:

1. Good air-tightness: strict air-tightness testing is stopped from the air inlet to the air outlet, no air leakage, no leakage under the pressure of 6.8KPa.

2. Acid and alkali resistance: The passages from the air inlet to the air outlet are all acid and alkali resistant plastic parts or rubber parts, which can pass through weakly corrosive gases rich in moisture.

3. Long life: The gas circuit and the circuit are strictly separated, and the electrical life will not be affected by the gas being rich in moisture.

4. The structure is simple; there is no external pipeline between the two symmetrical air chambers.

5. Good maintainability: It can be repaired by yourself with simple tools and accessories.

The structure of this series of compressors is V-type or D-type, water-cooled (air-cooled), oil-free piston type. The unit is composed of a compressor host, a motor, a coupling, a pipeline system, an automatic control system and auxiliary equipment. This unit has low exhaust temperature. It has the characteristics of low oil pressure and it can first alarm and then shut down, low water pressure can first alarm and then shut down, compressor overpressure can also first alarm and then shut down, no gas pollution, no leakage, etc...
